This traditional Petatillo (cross-hatching in the background resembling a straw mat or petate) Pottery Plate is decorated with a very fine artwork. Handmade in Tonalá, Jalisco by Javier Ramos Lucano. The artwork in the plate shows three Nahuales represented by wildcats and a magnificent Sun in the center. This is a great example of the Tonalteca’s artisans artwork and a collectible masterpiece.
